Danesh Industries was established in June 2016 and engaged in the manufacture of precision machined components, catering to the needs of industrial valve manufacturers, automobile industry , we have manufacturing shop with conventional and CNC machines with adequate measuring instruments to manufacture precision machined components with high degree of quality in them.

Core business is supplying of ready to use precision machined parts made out of castings, forgings and bar materials and alsocritical assemblies and sub-assemblies.

Supplies and supports to Maintenance and repair (MRO).

Experienced with various grades of steel, Aluminum Alloys, SST, Duplex, Super Duplex & High nickel alloys exotics, alloy 6, carbide.. ASME, ASTM,AMS,SAE,AISI,DIN,EN, NORSOK, API & NACE standards, Hard facing of Stellite 6 & Ultimet on A105,F22,LF2steel,SS300& 400 series, Incoly, Monel, Hastelloy base metals (PTAW). We have team to do reverse Engineering right from dismantling ,capturing the material details using PMI, Mobile Spectro and dimensions from FARO Arm and rebuilt precisely and Hydro tested to the required specs.

At Danesh Industries , our CNC programmers are Class A machinists. This ensures that every drawing given by the customer is meticulously programmed by a person who has experience as a machinist. Furthermore, they also have the role of shop supervisors, which means that they are available to support the machine operators who may have questions during the setup or machining process.

We utilize SolidWorks software for Designing & Drafting, Mastercam for control and automation of our processes, all the while being continuously monitored by our experienced professionals.
